My mom really needs a vacation! Where should she go/ How much would it cost?

My mom’s really been uptight lately, and I think it might help her if she goes on a vacation somewhere…
Anyone know of some great/ world renowned spa’s or beautiful getaways? How much would it cost/ Do they have a website?
THANKS SOOOO MUCH!

P.S. If your an adult with kids; Would you go to a spa by yourself if your kids got you a package, etc? Why or why not?

THANKS FOR READING AND *HOPEFULLY* ANSWERING!!!
P>S> DO YOU THINK SHE WOULD LIKE A CRUISE TO HAWAII OR SOME ISLANDS?

WOULD SHE LIKE IT ALONE, OR WITH THE FAMILY BETTER?

well they have great natural spa’s in iceland, they have alot of geothermal springs there, with icelandair there is straight flights to rekjavik, iceland from orlando(sanford), florida new york(JFK), NY Boston, Massachusetts Mineapolis/St. paul, but iceland is rather expensive the air tickets cost about $1,000 if you book in advance from florida and about $2500-$3000 if you book for a week or two in advance, www.icetourist.is

I don’t know if there are any spa’s here but it is very nice, nantucket, massachusets, www.nantucket.net

another great place is vancouver, canada, very beautiful, and it is a clean city www.tourismvancouver.com

I recently got back from Norway , it was so beautiful it looks fake, the fjords and the city of bergen, Oslo was mega expensive (i’m talking $6USD for a cup of coffee and $11USD for a hot dog) and every where else is still expensive but not that bad, if you flew into Bergen Or Oslo she could spend a 4-5 days at a resort hotel or spa by a fjord, i dont know any but im sure there are some, but you will spend a good $450-500USD a day, on food and drinks and souvenirs. tip for norway, don’t rent a car, ridiculous amount of money, and try not to go near aker brygge in oslo because that is the most expensive place i have ever seen($20 for beer, $25 for a glass of wine, and $50 for one meal at dinner) www.VisitNorway.com

and it depends on your mom, if she was stubborn she might not take the trip, but you could always say, "hey mom how bout you go on a vacation?" but the best way to find a way is to really rsearch good on the internet, try www.travelchannel.com
