Dream vacation on a budget?!?

So me and my best friend (we are girls) want to go on a trip to a tropical country for our 20th birthday (a little over a year away) it seems early but weare college students and need ample time to save money on a trip we would really love and remember…
We are having a hard time deciding exactly where to go, but we have thought about Jamaica, Turks and Caicos, Belize, Costa Rica, Honduras etc.
We arent too high maintenence BUT because it is our birthday we would like to stay in a nice hotel / resort. Suite like, maybe some cool ammenities etc. (spa option would be cool)
We don’t mind sharing a room and such (obviously) and we are willing to spend (including airfare) about 1500-1800 per person.
If anyone can design a cool vacation package idea (or just give me ideas on either location or hotel) it would be greatly appreciated.
I Searched on this site and got the Cheapest Flight,Check it out,it also had Discount Coupon Codes for Southwest,Jetblue,Expedia, Travelocity,Orbitz,Priceline,etc.

Try to look at the Philippine islands like in Boracay, Bohol, Davao, Palawan or Cebu!

there are quite a few sites that you can search that will likely show you great hotels at the best prices available. check out the website BookMe and you will be able to compare prices on all the reputable travel sites in just a couple minutes. it’s very convenient and will save you a bunch of time and money. Also, make sure you buy them online… otherwise they charge much higher fees for phone orders. good luck.
