Cheap spa packages in Upstate South Carolina?

My 15th birthday is on Halloween, and for my party / part of my present I wanted to go to like a day spa with my 2 best friends. But well, we’re a little short on money and spas are fairly expensive. I was previously told that I would definitely go if it was just me and one friend, but I can’t choose between them bc they’re both my best friend. Are there any packages in upstate south carolina that are pretty cheap so that we all 3 could go? I’d really like a facial and massage of some sort and at least a pedicure, I don’t really care so much about a manicure bc I bite my nails. so, anybody know of any places that’s be a good choice? all answers are appreciated. this sounds like a fundraiser or your 2 friends need to get there own money or ask your daddy or mom you know that you can make your parents give you money if you kind of cry or go in the spa and get your nails and hair and other things done to your body and say to the spa worker you forgot your money in the car and say guys can you come with me and drive off that’s what I did and drove far away and got something to eat and went home and our dates picked. us up it kind of like to.
