Bosses Day Help!!!?

My office is looking to buy a gift for our boss, a woman who has or can buy anything. we’ve done spa packages, resturants etc in the past. she is very, very busy and generally doesn’t use the spa day. we have about 300.00 to spend.
we’ve considered a GPS device because she does travel alot. Please only serious answers. Ideas are welcomed.
I will add – she always loves what we get her. She is very sentimental and very caring. It’s not that she would appreciate a gift. I have worked for her for over 7 years and sometimes you run out of ideas! we could wrap up dirt and she would think it was the greatest thing. so it’s not about the money, it’s the thought (cliché` I know, but true) that counts. I am just out of thoughts!

Get several items, including luggage, tote bags, purse type things, umbrella, flowers, de icers for keys and cars, gold plated items, such as a door knocker, or umbrella stand for her house, etc.
